We ship throughout New Zealand via tracked courier.

Standard shipping: $7.50 NZD
Free shipping on orders over $99 NZD

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Talova balm. If for any reason you're not satisfied, contact us at hello@talova.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, sealed products. Opened products are eligible for a store credit on a case-by-case basis.
